DNS Terms and Conditions

Once a domain is registered the fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, in whole or in part, even if the domain name registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of the current registration term.

Applications for all top level registrations may not be submitted to the registries involved until all documentation and all requirements are supplied by the customer. Your domain may remain available to anyone else until this information is received by our team and processed.

Charging

All registration and associated DNS charges will be communicated directly to customers upon initial contact regarding registration. A price list covering all of the major top level domains for which we provide registration is available on request to customers requiring information on the full range of top level domains available. Ad hoc requests for registrations outside of the major top level domains will be priced on a case-by-case basis. Any changes to charges will be communicated in writing to the billing contact for any registration in advance of renewal.

Customer Support

Customer support is available via phone or email between the hours of 08:00 and 18:30 Monday-Friday. Outside of these hours support is available by phone via on-call engineers for the implementation of DNS entry modifications. Online interfaces are available to customers for direct administration of their own hosted DNS records.You may also like to contact us on our dedicated support email dns@topsec.com for any domain name related enquiries . We endeavor to respond to all emails within 4 hours.

Code of practice

Topsec will abide by all internationally agreed codes of practice relating to the resolution of disputes relating to the registration of domains, and in particular by the terms of ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).
