A 2-page document is sent to the new customer to fill out. This includes the customer details, domain names, users and permissions, default rules in place, email filtering policies, and additional rules needed to be set while onboarding.
Once our onboarding team receives the document, they set the customer up on the portal. No action is needed from the customer.
The onboarding team will then send user credentials to the admin to allow access to the Topsec portal.
The Topsec team would then manage and monitor all inbound and outbound flow of email.
