Email continuity allows users to securely access a web-based repository of emails from the past 14 days. Incoming mail may be accessed and responded to, with replies appearing to originate from the user’s primary business address.
Once communication with the delivery point mail server is restored, any mails received in the email continuity will be delivered into the user’s primary email account.
Email for alias addresses can be routed to a designated account or dedicated accounts can be set up.
